I got the bumper off the car (easy) to fix the horns (turned out to be a bad relay instead) and replace the bulb in the left side fog (aux. headlamp). Yeah. How do I do it? I saw a screw on the bottom center, removed it and moved the metal tab but the bezel wouldn't come off. Does it rotate or just pop off? Haynes shop manual wasn't much help.

Just pops... or carefully pry it off with a flat screwdriver.

If I remember correctly, the back pops off and then there are two retaining clips around the inside edges. Pay close attention to the clips positions for reassembly. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beer.gif)

You don't need to remove the clips to replace the bulb.
