(IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) I just spent the entire week putting in stainless tubing 3/8" supply & 5/16" return. Tubing from Summit Racing. I used one piece from tank to the engine firewall; had to relocate the fuel pump in the hell hole area since the mounting surface had rusted away. After reinstalling the heat valve I saw that the metal came too close to the 3/8" supply fuel line. So I used the bottom of tin cans and blocked off the heat exchanger and blocked off the hole that feeds heat to the front right side of the car. Any thoughts??

Move the fuel pump up front under the tank.
No possibility of vapor lock that way. |
