I've seen a couple of references that the wires to the starter should be/need to be replaced when adding a high torque or mini starter. I plan to get out and do that tonight, but I was curious, do I need to upgrade the wireing right now? I'm aware that OE harnesses typically are not known for handling more then they were built with (less than that in some cases), but for something that's used at most 40 seconds a day?
Thoughts? |
