This guy may just get away with fudging on a 76 car which will need a smog check. Its not one of those first register before April of 76 which might slip past if you lobby the DMV.
There no way it will get tags in Ca. He has his facts tilted.

Maybe someone outside CA will get it and put antique tages on it at a huge DISCOUNT! I predict a cheap deal soon once someone brings him back to earth. Just to be personal, I hate that FG crap. What is it other than rust proof. LOL Sorry, it would be so cool stock on the exterior; unimposing but a real rice burner BURNER!
