go to your control panel and check what subscribtions you got running (you can turn them off) |

I had already done what you said and there were only two topics im subscribed to that are supposed to be there. in that case, you probably subscribed to a forum, instead of "loose" posts
go to "my controls" in the lefthand panel under "subscribtions" click on "view forums" unsubscribe as needed... |
