Thanks first off to all the folks that labor to keep this site up and running. Not to mention putting up with our crap. Its been said many times before, but this place rocks. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/aktion035.gif)

Secondly, thanks to all that have guided me along with my addiction (I mean hobby). I have owned my 914 since 1985, but never have I done any of the work myself save minor electrical stuff and oil changes. But in the 2 years since I have been playing here I have:

-converted from tail shifter to side shifer (with a tranny rebuild along the way)
-replaced all my shift bushing
-replaced and refreshed all my brake components
-restored my hell hole and got the battery out of the front truck and back were it belongs (learned to weld along the way)
-tossed out my progressive carb and put in dual Dells
-Restored the interior (80% at least)
-starting a/xing with my local PCA group
-and a hundred other items not worth listing....

The point of this is not to brag (its not really that big a list), but to say that I could have never accomplished so much without the support of this site and the locals here in Texas /OK.

914 owners are the best. Thanks again (IMG:style_emoticons/default/pray.gif)
