Why is it that almost every Chalon i see is this kind of condition... its like a virus.. I have probably passed on 4 or 5 of these over the last 15 years and they all looked like this. Probably nice at one time....

thats a freshly restored car on the east coast...worth top $$ as it has a rare factory performance fiberglass package...
