Becareful suggesting something like this. Legally this could be considered cyberterrorism.

You could always claim cyber self defense!

But really Is it always the same person? Sounds like you have seen this attacker before. Time to contact the local ISP I say

My thoughts exactly.

If his ISP gets mad at us.. we show them our logs!

I really wish I hadnt shut my home machine down last night. I have NO issues using some "tool" against him. I could have run it remote from here (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

That is why you should always have an ILO system in place.

Mine happens to be my wife(Machine can be started remotely with a phone call) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Back when I was really cool.. APC sold power strips that could be turned off/on from a browser window remotely. You configured them with an IP address hard coded. Pretty slick. Took me awhile to figure out how to reboot a box with dual power supplies on the remote switch. Turn off one and it failed to the other. Found out later I could tie them together and shut them off at the same time..LOL

Whoa. Showing my geekness.

Wait. Andy is 5 times more geek than me (IMG:style_emoticons/default/alfred.gif)
