I don't get it. If you aren't doing anything you shouldn't be doing, what the heck do you have to worry about? Seems like the only ones who should be nervous about stuff like this are the ones who need to get caught anyway. This only applies to land lines anywho.
cell phone transmissions are and have always been fair game for anyone who wants to listen and has the right unencryption equipment.
