I know little to nothing about AC units. Mine is not cooling. Clutch is engaging, compressor is turning, no odd noises but the low side and high side preasure seem to not change from static. The low will pull down from about 115 to 110 and the high reads about 120 and does not change.

Any suggestions as to what these symtoms mean?
