hi all. this is my first post to the board. i picked my '73 914 2.o up about a week ago. appears to have been well cared for, but no doubt i will be needing some assistance in the future with technical issues, etc, so i just wanted to introduce myself.

in the meantime, i was hoping someone could offer some advice as to what center caps might fill in the 2.5" opening of my mahle replicas? the fake chrome center caps complete with the "american eagle" logo just aren't going to complete the look i was after.

thanks! jonathan

welcome johnathan!

nice to see a denverite here.
hey you should check in with our colorado 914 gang
we have a pretty large group.
just click on the colorado tag in my signature.

a lot of people put a porsche sticker over the american eagle sticker
or you can also just remove the american eagle sticker too.

nice looking car!

Beautiful teener! Body looks straight. Don't see too many tan interiors. Could you shoot and interior shot (or two ) for us?

Brant is talking about the Red Rocks Classic comming up in Moab, Utah in late September. You can find out more information on the home page. Not to late to sign up. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

I called on that car the day after you bought it. It really looks nice. I regret not responding sooner.

Welcome Jonathan.

Just for your info, those look just like Empi wheels. Just like mine.

My center caps are black plastic with no labels. Look on ebay as they show up from time to time.
