I bought my header setup through GPR and I believe it's a Eurorace with stub pipes. I need new gaskets for the stub pipes, but I can't figure out what they are from. They look like 911 muffler gaskets but a little smaller. Anyone know?

Thanks,

Matt

VW type 1 head to header pipe gaskets work well. you will need to oval/slot every mount hole tho...

i use 1 5/8 gaskets and a dab of hi-temp rtv to hold em in place

Wow.

On my Euro headers I don't use any gaskets from the stubs to the header pipes.

Only gaskets I used are the copper ones that mate stub and head, and collector to muffler pipe.

Are you guys having leaking issues?

Mine are perfectly flush and don't leak at all without any gaskets.

Eurorace? or European Racing?

Two totally different companies, but both sold a similar header.

George Narbel is European Racing headers from Henderson NV.

Georges headers sell with the paper gaskets. Call and ask him which one he uses. I know that HPH stocks the gaskets for a few $'s a piece.

It came with the paper gaskets, so I would assume that it is the European Racing header.
