The door handle is not broken

The cam is not broken

Put the key in and it turns free left and right and doesn't lock or unlock anything.

What is wrong?

The screw that holds the lock cam might be stripped or loose, make sure it can tighten.

...like I said on Pelican, you need to remove the handle to find out the problem.

Let me know if you need anything.
