On Saturday I finally got the chance to autox my 914/6. I had a ball doing it. My neighbor came to the event to watch and I took him for a ride. He was more excited that I was. I think he will be joining me more often.

Until the last run I was leading my class (sm2) but I missed a shift (got to remember to NOT power shift a 914, got to remember....) and another person beat my time. sigh... I didn't get to run on Sunday because of family time.

A number of people told me how flat the car ran on the course and how good my runs looked. I just need more seat time both AXing and driving this car.

On the fun runs I got to drive an Elise! Thanks to the person I won't name! It was a lot of fun.

Mike
