I almost got hit by a semi when trying to merge...Two semi's blocking the exit ramp to my road.

They were pissed and decided to get right on my tail

What bastards.

God Created decent people, and then the monkeys mutated into truck drivers.

i think people should slow the hell down while driving past an accident on the highway.

I couldn't agree with you more Doc...but in the original post...you'll see that I'm complaining about having to slow down on the interstate because of moron dum shits that slow way down to view an accident that is on THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF THE HIGHWAY! There's a 100 foot strip of grass separating the east & westbound lanes...and I have to slow to a crawl because some asshole is getting his rocks off looking at all the pretty flashing lights on the other side. I bet if you asked a highway patrol cop how many times he has seen an accident that is the result of an onlooker gawking at another accident...you'd be amazed how many times it has happened. People should pay attention to the 100-200 feet of concrete directly in front of them...don't let your attention wander over to the other side of the fucking highway...or you'll slam into another car...causing a new accident for people on the opposite side of the highway to look at. Just wait until they install speed & red-light cameras like we have here in AZ. That gives all those weaners just another reason to hit the brakes. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/mad.gif)

This is a problem that happens in every city in every state. People are so bored with their little lives they have to stop and look upon another's misfortune to make them feel alive. They get into their car and as was stated, fart, pick their nose, talk on the phone, etc and not look where they are going. They just find their way down the road by the grace of god. The bad part of this whole thing is they lack common care for anyone around them, thus the slow driving in the fast lane, no signals and other bad driving habits. Everyone is in competition and they forget to be considerate. Welcome to the new America, the land of the selfish and inconsiderate (when it comes to driving) that is.

We just have a bunch of blood junkies, at least we have the HP to get the heck out of there. Just nail it and watch them get smaller in the rear view... Your so correct about how you can have a 3 mile back up for something like that, go figure, I say when in doubt hammer the throttle (IMG:style_emoticons/default/av-943.gif)

It's a nice feeling to know that you can unleash 500Hp any time you see fit. It sure makes passing on a busy F'd up two lane hwy a snap. When I see 4 or 5 cars dawdling slowly ahead of me...I look ahead and see an oncoming car in the distance...do a little "mental math" and nail it...overtaking all 5 slow pokes at once. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/happy11.gif) If I were in my pick up...I'd have to sit and wait and pick one car off at a time. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/dry.gif)
