That red car looks like it would make an exceptional engine donor to a 914-subaru project (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Looks like a fun event. Would have been more fun mid-engined !

Nice pictures I have to say.
what were the fastest lap times?

I was told that the recent "re-seal" made the track pretty slick.

hope you had fun!

yeah, subaru is rice, good call man, way to be stupid

anyways, for the rest of you...I'd love to donate my engine to my 914, but that's only if I can get a hold of the ej25t for my subaru...and pull a double engine swap

as for the track slickness, I really don't know much since I'm 17 and that was my first time ever...in the red car I did a 1:41.520...that was by the end of the first half of the day...it was my last run before we switched it to going clockwise...I think if we went the whole day I could have jumped into the 1:39's...also note that my car weighs 3k lbs ish so I won't be turning times that are as good as a 914...but, the white tarmac car did 1:32's and the silver wagon did 1:31's and the dark blue impreza did 1:33's...it was a blast

I think those are very respectable times.
I'm not any expert there... and am even disappointed with my slowness...

but I wish I had been able to run 1:31's, 1:32's, 1:33's, etc..
GOOD JOB!
