Does anyone know what this error I'm getting with the MSN IM service, "Your Gateway appears to be offline"???
I'm able to get online with both Yahoo & aol with no problems. I run the Troubleshoot/Repair thingy, but a 'to do list' of things pops up and it stops at Default Gateway. any ideas? |

lots of google hits on that one. here is an answer that seemed to work
To flush the DNS, go to Start > Run and type CMD and then hit the <enter> key Then at the command prompt, type ipconfig /flushdns |
