This part?
"MANUFACTURE IS MAHLE or AA." or this part? "pic not actuall" conversly, they do give a theoretically working phone number. hmmm, that wasn't meant as sarcasm but I kinda do see the error of this logic now. So you get AA sets thrown in a box and no one answers the phone. Of course if I'm wrong then I'm stupid. I can live with that. |

Could be the title--big bold letters, "94MM PISTON CYLINDER MAHLE", then down in "the fine print" they tell you it could be Mahle or it could be AA... Small difference there, d'ya think? --DD |

then down in "the fine print" except, the "fine print" is not fine at all, it's BIG ALL CAPS LETTERS ... i usually *read* an ad before i put in a bid, don't you? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/confused24.gif) Andy PS: the guy got pretty darn good feedback too ... |

PS: the guy got pretty darn good feedback too ... that's why i was asking if anyone had experience with him. doesn't seem fair that the item descripition states "mahle type IV" and does not mention AA. How much you want a bet they do not even have one set of Mahles? |

How much you want a bet they do not even have one set of Mahles? well, then *don't* buy them. simple as that. a ad title can only hold so many characters, you can't rely on the title to give you an accurate description of the item. you gotta read the fine print, even if it is in BIG ALL CAPS LETTERS. i still don't think the ad is misleading. the description is pretty clear about the product. what more do you want? i emailed the seller and asked if he had any mahles, and if so, that i would definitely buy a set here is his response.
QUOTE currently we have AA only and AA are 100 times better then Mahle, They way i can say this is AA are within balancing specs from each other, they have chrome rings, made out of a better materiel then Mahle, the cylinders are made of a higher quality steel. We are fadding the Mahles out as the AA's are truly a better buy.
