I see in the parts manual there are different Seals for the Windshield and Top between 70-71 & 72-76.

Can somebody tell me the difference?

It appears the early Windshield seal is available, but the later one is not.

Are they interchangable?

Ken

i met rick eberle from australia at Joe Sharps BBQ.....

he said, he has an early car... and ordered the 2 chrome strips that hold the seal to the a pillar.....

apparently those are NLA... so they sent him the later ones AND a LATE TARGA seal to fit em... for... FREE!!!

so i think you would need the early strips that hold the seal

I have a 1970 914-6, so it the early seal should be OK. Pelican and others only list/carry the later seal which is "out of stock" at this time.

Just wondering what the difference is.
