I've see a couple 914-6's for sale in the US where the authenticity card has an option for "finland equipment". anyone know what this means?

I had a fellow with a 914-6 ask me that question and I was told that it was heated rear window option when I posted to the BBS??
A shot of my new 914-6, should be rust free.
