With the car listing to one side, I figured I had a flat.
On closer examination, I realized someone had stolen my rear wheel.
After the traditional 'oh sh*t', I realized they had taken the front one also.
Just one side ... the side away from the street.
They were nice enough, however, to leave me a jack - which damaged the rocker. The car was so low they couldn't jet the jack back out !!!

Cops figure it was not because they were Porsche fuchs but rather just aluminum !!!

At any rate, if you see an 8x15 and a 9x15 5-lug fuch for sale anywhere, please let me know - the 9x15 is, as you know, very rare and almost impossible to replace.

And the tires were new !!!

Life's a beach and they you die ...

Next stop is the FLAP to buy a set of wheel locks before they come back and steal the other side.

Are YOU protected ?????

If you should happen to see an 8 x 15 and a 9 x 15 for sale ... please shoot me an email ( ed.ducey@gmail.com )

omg - 9x16 are pricey.. and 9x15 are unobtanium...

cars with those wheels deserve indoor treatment or wheel locks...

that sucks, sorry to hear it Ed!

Bummer! If'n I were you, I'd go for the Porsche wheel locks. FLAPS wheel locks are apt to be those cheapass Mc Gards that'll throw your balance off. The Cap'n

Bummer......
TRE in CA. has a single 9x15 1000.00. they had it listed on the 911S board.
look at the local metal recyclers look for your wheels.
locally here , they stole a bunch of bronze bears from brown bear car washes , they got most back from recycle yards.

Ed,

Have you contacted any of the recyclers down there??

It's pretty common for them to have "watch for" list of stolen items.
