Just thinking...

My car has 15x8 BBS wheels all the way around with 225 tires. How much of a spacer -should- I need to keep new style Porsche offset wheels in the same location? Seems most new style wheels are 7.5" wide, so factor that in on 17" wheels. Or do I have a rats chance of fitting 9s?

I have a lot of stud sticking out of my lugbolts right now, and I'm wondering if it is enough.

Looking for experience, not theory. I can sit here and therorize all I want... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

If this helps one visualize...

I would like my rear fenders to remain the same. I want to tuck and move up my front fenders closer to the tires.

get the backspacing and width of your new rims of choice, then use the backspacing and width of your current wheels, do the math, and you have the exact amount of spacing you need ...
