Got the other $12.50 parts car home today. It's a 71 1.7
conerted to a side shift trans. If the 74 LE was in this shape it could have been saved. Anyway here's the pics. Driver side Attached image(s)

Too bad the LE couldn't have been in the shape of the 71, but any 914 that can be saved is worth the time, money, and effort. If I was in your neck of the woods, I'd come help on a regular basis.
