THIS IS A GUIDE TO WHERE YOU CAN MEET OTHER LIKE MINDED PEOPLE AND ENJOY THE NEW YEAR IN AN APPROPRIATE MANNER

We have made the guide in 2 stages. This way late risers, nor cal participants, and those visiting the Hangover Rally start at Pepperdine can join in on the fun.

START STAGE 1

North Hollywood, 91601 MEET time 7:30// LEAVE 8:30

Go east on Chandler to VINELAND- TURN RIGHT
Go to VENTURA BLVD- TURN RIGHT
Go to LAUREL CANYON BLVD- TURN LEFT
Go to MULHOLLAND DRIVE- TURN RIGHT
Continue Mulholland to 405 FWY// SKIRBALL CTR DRIVE -LEFT
(this is the frontage road that parallels the fwy on the east side)
Go to 405 fwy SOUTH
Go to SUNSET BLVD- EXIT AND FOLLOW TO SUNSET
Right on SUNSET
Follow Sunset to PCH- RIGHT on PCH
Follow to TOPANGA CANYON BLVD- RIGHT
Follow to OLD TOPANGA CANYON--LEFT
Follow to MULHOLLAND HWY- -LEFT
Follow to LAS VIRGENES ROAD (MALIBU CANYON) - RIGHT
Follow to AGOURA ROAD (gas stations on corners) LEFT
Pull into ALBERTSON's parking lot (2 Starbucks to help wake you up is you aren't already!) This market is located just WEST off the 101 fwy / Las Virgenes exit

START STAGE 2:
ALBERTSON'S APPROX LEAVE TIME 10:15 AM

Go to LAS VIRGENES (MALIBU CANYON) - RIGHT
Go to MULHOLLAND HWY- LEFT
Go to STUNT ROAD- RIGHT
Go to SCHUEREN (TOP OF HILL- 160 DEGREE TURN !!) RIGHT
Follow Schueren to PIUMA- RIGHT
Follow Piuma to LAS VIRGENES (MAILIBU CYN) -RIGHT

Go to MULHOLLAND HWY- LEFT
Go to KANAN- DUME ROAD- LEFT (WATCH FOR X- TRAFFIC!)
Go to LATIGO CYN- LEFT
Follow Latigo down to PCH- RIGHT
Follow PCH to ENCINAL CYN- RIGHT
Follow Encinal PAST right turn on Encinal sign and FOLLOW DOGLEG TO THE LEFT. THIS PUTS YOU AT DECKER CANYON

RIGHT ON DECKER CANYON
Follow Decker to MULHOLLAND HWY--LEFT
Follow Mulholland to PCH- LEFT
Follow PCH (north) to ENCINAL CANYON- LEFT

TURN RIGHT ON ENCINAL CANYON AT SIGN THIS TIME !!

Follow Encinal Canyon- becomes Mulholland Hwy
Follow MULHOLLAND HWY PAST KANAN-DUME
Follow Mulholland hwy to LAS VIRGENES (MALIBU CYN) - RIGHT

Follow Las Virgenes to Tapia Park if weather is nice- Pull in for our PICNIC- (BYOB- bring your own basket).
If weather is lousy continue to PCH and turn LEFT . Follow PCH to Dukes Restaurant for a well deserved break

We do this event rain or shine. Mind you that canyon roads can be tricky with run off even on a hot day. Pebbles , gravel, rocks can and will drop down onto the roadway. So leave plenty of room between each other and drive sensibly. Fines for speeding in this area are doubled !
