Bought a new battery for my '76 today. Exide application book said group 22F for '70-71 914/4 and 6. Said group 42 for '72-76 914/4. I bought the 42. They had no 22 on the shelf so I could not compare. What gives? All trays are the same size I think. Why a different battery from '72 on? (My car had a group 47 in it, same footprint and post orientation as the 42 but a little bit taller).

I dunno but I was in Ashland last weekend and wondered where you are there. My friends place is on Bush St right off the main drag.

Monique and I will be coming down in late spring to go to the festival. Hey, are you in it? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/hijacked.gif)

Geoff,
We were out of town last weekend. We live further north on the hill above the main drag, due west of the Breadboard restaurant. Let me know when you next plan a trip and we can meet for a cupa something.
