Im here reading and wondering has any one tried a VW W8 engine in a 914? I saw on in a coworkers passat and it looks like a nice powerplant. It isnt much larger than a V6 and if you keep the Passat auto trans with it wow that would be some car. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/idea.gif)

You can fit pretty much anything in a 914...how much money do you got and how bad do ya want it....?

I remember someone doing the VW V6 and Passat tras. I just dont recall the W being used (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif)
