I'm installing my new CHT guage, and have a question:
Which plug should I install the sender on? I seem to remember it being the 3rd plug, but I'm not really sure. Is the thrid plug the front most on the passanger side of the car? Thanks guys |

Yep, #3. It usually runs the hottest with stock cooling.

I bought one from CB performance. It's a VDO gauge.

I bought one from CB performance. It's a VDO gauge. http://www.cbperformance.com/catalog.asp?ProductID=1198 That's great...I'm still wresting which one to buy, it's down to three: 1)VDO Good looking, reasonably priced, not temperature compensating 2)Micro1000...still reasonably priced, and temperature compensating! Looks OK, but won't blend in as well with stock gauges in a console...my opinion 3)Dakota Digital...series2 (black bezel)...a bit pricy, most accurate, quick response..but I can't see it with my other stock gauges. |
