IF you're a Champ Car fan, this might interest you.
I saw over on the series' website that they were having an Open Test at Laguna Seca on Saturday, well actually, it's from TODAY thru Saturday. I called the track to ask IF this was open to the public and she said, "yes, not only will Champ Car be running an open test, but we will be celebrating our 50 Year Anniversary, so there will be a lot of things to do and see".
