Cables gone twisty twisty (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blink.gif) When you push on the gas your clutch should engage, and you tach cable now runs the speedo and the speedo cable activates the thermastat and the thermostat cable now runs the tach. All of this can be offset by putting the right rear tire on the front left and the front right tire on the rear right. Fill the gas tank with half kerosene and half jet fuel and turn your shift lever around. Oh and don't forget to install a RHD pedal cluster (IMG:style_emoticons/default/huh.gif)

ok in all seriousness (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) ... the cables as they exit the firewall are completely away from each other and I didn't do any thing with them on the engine swap... is it possible they just got a lil tweeked from the engine bay side to twist them in the tunnel ?!

how much does it really take to make this sort of thing happen? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blink.gif)

Good chance that are hung up on each other in the tunnel. Check near where the cables attach to the pedal cluster and go back towards the rear firewall from there. A small mirror and a flashlight will be your friends there.
