Hey all I'm going to Las Vegas on the 24th this month. Heading there for the PizzaExpo at the convention center. Way cool deal for us Pizza guys. Just wondered if there were any 914 enthusiests there. I wouldn't mind getting together to check out 914's a talk shop. I don't gamble, drink & am married. I'm going by myself & won't have a hell of alot going on besides Expo & golf. So anyone there interested in hooking up email me. Thanks-Jamie

Two words for ya, Jamie--

Renegade Hybrids.

Give 'em a call or an email and tell 'em you'll be in the area and that you'd like to visit the shop. It's a nice place, usually has lots of nifty toys around.

Caution: Don't bring your checkbook!!!

Renegade is right off Tropicana, which I *believe* is the main strip. They're really close and super friendly. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

I didn't know that was where renegade was. I thought they were based somewhere in California. Way cool thanks for the tip! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)
Hey Chris didn't know you were in the Pizza business. I gotta admit it's getting a bit old for me. I figure I'm good for about 2 more years & then it's time to sell! :gilloutine: I will definately check out renegade while I'm there!
I put my Red flared 914 up for sale on ebay. I've got tons of emails about it. Which is great except they are all talking conversion & getting me pumped to have one again. Especially with my red car. I'm great at finding these rigs & then let them go with little or no profit. Just don't have the time to spend on them & finally say screw it & let someone else have it. Then promptly kick myself for selling it! These 914's mess with my head! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/pain30.gif)

Give them a call. They did a track day last week (it sounded like fun) and might be doing the same when your there. They had 3 or 4 914's in the shop when I was there 3 weeks ago.

I've been to renegade's shop. If you fly in to LV give them a call. It would be worth a short cab to visit. If your driving it's not too far from the strip.

Hey Craig I actually sold the red flared 914 on ebay today! Or did you mean my 73' 2.0!
I can't wait to check out renegades shop though! Wonder if they have a list of their conversions for sale! I want one bad (IMG:style_emoticons/default/ph34r.gif) Got to just waste all those load ricer rigs out there! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) I will leave them all in the dust!

Jamie, Jamie, Jamie.......
Before you buy any more cars, come up to the PCA AX on 30 March @ PIR. We'll do a little "educatin" on the finer points of 914s + hp.

Last time out there were 4 or 5 914s, from stock to Buick alloy V8s....oh, and a couple of 6ers. I would guess that everyone would give you a ride.

Hey JP that sounds pretty cool. I'll have to see if I have the leech going well enough to give it a shot! No Craig I'm swaping a guy named Mike & his son Trevor up in Boring! I'll be down to one 914 & one 911 roller today. Something definately wrong with me! I"ll have to go out & buy another 914 soon. I'm allready going thru withdrawls (IMG:style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif) . I'm gonna put the leech up for sale soon too! I must be losing it! I'm actually thinking about calling the other guy in Monmouth with the v8 buick conversion with a turbo! He never does anything with it & I might be able to talk him out of it! We shall see! Anyone in need of a 73' 2.0 about 95% restored feel free to email me. Should be up for sale early next month (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)
