OK after about 2 months at the machine shop, I finally got my bottom end back.
Case line bored, galley plugs tapped and plugged, decked. crank, balanced and polished Pressure plate balanced Flywheel, balanced and lightened to ~13#s Mahle cylinders bored and honed to 96mm KB flat top pistons matched to cylinders and rebalanced Rods, balanced, check for roundness at both ends, new small end bushings and new rod bolts. Reassembly will begin next week once I get the new rod bearings...
