OK after about 2 months at the machine shop, I finally got my bottom end back.

Case line bored, galley plugs tapped and plugged, decked.

crank, balanced and polished

Pressure plate balanced

Flywheel, balanced and lightened to ~13#s

Mahle cylinders bored and honed to 96mm

KB flat top pistons matched to cylinders and rebalanced

Rods, balanced, check for roundness at both ends, new small end bushings and new rod bolts.

Reassembly will begin next week once I get the new rod bearings...

Heads will be completed on Monday with new guides, seats, SS valves, exhaust studs (IMG:style_emoticons/default/clap56.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/clap56.gif)
