What gasket set did you buy that didn't come with them?

I have a Victor Reinz 928 set that is missing several things. rubber and metal O rings, water pump, etc. I've been set back 3 times assembling my engine. I have a friend in the import parts and repair business. He told me this is common with German gasket sets. I've learned not to assume I have a complete kit.
