I can't find this on any of the wiring diagrams that I have. The car is a '75 (mostly). It is in the truck and has Brown, Red, White, Black and Blue-Yellow wires. I can't find any Blue-Yellow wires on the diagrams.

Also, there is a connector near the passenger footwell with Brown, Black-Yellow, Blue and Blue-Yellow wires. The Blue-Yellow wire is connectied to the Blue-Yellow wire in the trunk and also connectes to an indicator light in the dash (though it was just hanging behind the dash and I couldn't find any unoccupied place where it would go).

Thanks,
Jonathan

Karl has identified this part 2 times in 2 weeks, I'd listen to him.

The CAT/EGR counter is in the passenger footwell. This is the CAT relay. Makes the little light in the dash blink when the CAT gets to hot.

the first 2 pics, if that's what came out of the FRONT trunk, then it's the "intermittent wiper" relay.
the wires, socket and relay sure look like it ...
