Does anyone know of a source for the "correct" PORSCHE side stripe for a Bumblee Bee? Also, when these are installed during a repaint, are they usually put on during the base coat appliactions and then cleared over?

Thanks-

if you haven't already.

I'm not an authority, but since the factory did not clear coat, I think they were originally applied over the factory black. I would not clear coat them so as to allow removal/replacement if needed without disturbing any paint.

Original paint was a single stage and no I would not recommend clearing over the stripe. Finish out the paint job (including wet sand amd buff) then apply the decal.
