Does anyone know where I can get the shorty flares? Or what kind of car they came from?

They look home made to me, the two cars you show both have different styles making me think they are not really a kit you can buy and add on.

I've red an article about the 1st car. The flares are off a 930 I think. There is a thread on here or club about it.

Not 930 or SC or...

Those are "probably" Rabbit flares. They simply could be custom however, there are some Rabbit flare threads floating around.

I see no similarity to a 930 in either picture really, the 930 flares are huge in comparison.

Take a look at (GTeener) Gwen's car. I believe she said that they are SC flares. Subtle...

Did you end up leaving the backside open like that? Or did you blend it into the rear end of the car? Can we see a full ass-end shot? Those look awesome!

I remember seeing a 914 for sale either on EBay or Samba where the PO had put on fender flares from a 911 SC. You can get the rears from Pelican. If you plan on committing to that much body work check out the DVD from John Kelly at GhiaSpecialties...daveyboy

They might be a "part" of an SC flare but they are not the entire SC flare.

I think they're (IMG:style_emoticons/default/barf.gif)

There's plenty of teeners out there with SC flares to judge off...

I saw the Lime green car when it was on EBay. They said SC but this is my 86 Carrera and that is the same. I do not see them it there anywhere. The Red car? The Escort is a good idea if you can blend them.

You could blend them in, I didn't want to spend a lot of time.
My car is utterly hammered, there isn't a straight piece of metal on it, so I was going for fast and cheap.
As it was, I got it done and in primer in 5 hours, $20.00 spent.

The rabbit flares actually look pretty good. New or old rabbit?
