Hi everyone. I'm looking for some help in choosing an Internet faxing service for my wife and was looking to get some input on options that I am considering and possibly some additional recommendations. Here are the features that are “must” haves:
  • Individual toll-free inbound fax number (800, 866, 888)
  • Must be able to receive inbound faxes via email as PDF files (no proprietary formats)
  • Must be able to send outbound faxes via email as PDF files
  • Must not be eFax
I've been looking at RapidFax and send2fax. They seem to fit the bill. Even the basic packages will do for my wife's requirements. They are 9.99 and 12.95 per month respectively. Any experience, comments or suggestions?
