I have the engine/trans. out of my 6 conversion doing rust repair and beautification of the engine compartment. Need to remount the aluminum finned spark box. Can someone describe or show where and how this was mounted on an original 6? Thought I might try to locate mine somewhere in that vicinity.
Thanks! Gary |

here ya go , Did you buy that six conversion from Craig? Thanks for the photo. My battery is in the rear trunk and the tray in the engine compartment has been removed. Looks like I will improvise. Probably should not have posted this in the Originality forum. Not much original about a conversion. At least not mine. Yes I did buy my car from Craig about 2 years back. Regards, Gary |

I only asked because it looks like the car Dan Root did ,that I traded to him for a Carrera ,which I got by trading a 944 to a friend , That he bought from a kid in Tacoma WA. in about 1994 for 2700.00 with a bad clutch and original paint 1.7.
