All of the sizes are in even numbers in metric, no fractions.
Resizing is done in 1/4mm increments.
So, if a crank journal is say 32mm, (arbitrary number) it's standard. If it's been machined down once, it will be 31.75mm, twice will be 31.5mm, and so on.
The same is true for the case. A standard bearing journal will be say 50mm, if it's been align bored it'll be 50.25mm, 50.5mm, whatever.
I'm sorry I don't know the exact numbers, this is what I've needed to know in the past to figure out what I need to order.
