Is there any trick to removing the front headlight units or do you just start unbolting things.

Dave, I haven't photo-documented the removal of the headlights, but this link will show you how I put it back together. Just go to the bottom of the page and work yourself up to the top...

I did it by looking at the assembly and then just unbolting and un-plugging things until they came out. was not that hard a project.

if they will not come up with the motors, then unplug the battery and twist the knob on the back of the motor.
