did you just sand the bezels? did you leave them on the gauges?

I took them apart. most of the dingy look of old gauges is on the inside of the glass. I had to disassemble the bezel to get the CHT in there

How did you get silver or aluminum on the inside of the ring, and black on the outside?

They sure look TERRIFIC ! !

Did you krinkle finish the gauge surround or is it one of those pebble grain plastic ones? It just looks great against the smooth dull aluminum bezels!

the bezel is 2 pcs. the outer ring is a charcoal metallic semi-krinkle. it was an accident. I did not have any black laying around so I shot them and liked it. the bezels were etched with Jasco (metal ready) then painted
