It is an open end wrench marked Globemaster W. Germany and is size 5/8 and 19/32. Since not in mm would these sizes even fit anything on a 914?

They'd come close on some fasteners, but only ruin them by rounding the edges "IF" they removed the fastener at all.

Nope, shouldn't be there.

Can you take pics of the tools you have in your kit? Would help!

For what it's worth, my wrench is marked Hazet and is sized at 10 and 13 mm (from a 1973 1.7).
