No offense if you are a member here, but came across several ads on LA craiglsit for doors, hoods for a 914. The person wants $400-$500 each...am I missing something? Maybe back east for a premium piece, but California? You can get entire cars here for that price. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/w00t.gif)

What's the big deal? Anyone can ask whatever they want for stuff they sell. If they ask too much, it won't sell. Simple as that. Don't equate an asking price to what something is worth or what it will sell for. Especially since it costs nothing to place an ad on CL.
