the leather on my wheel has a huge hole in it.

I placed a want ad here for a decent OG wheel and haven't had any bites.

then started looking on evil-bay. found one I liked... seemed decent but then
sold for $450. thats crazy.

Then I remembered I saw a recovering service on the AA site. looks promising
and they say: "the leather sewing cannot be distinguished from the factory original".

price seems fair, but was wondering if anyone has seen one in person.
I don't want one of those over-padded recovers.

anyone?

Steve, is there a post describing your (new?) relationship with AA? I saw you described as an expert (I agree!) in the online catalog post...If there is, I musta missed it.

As far as I know there hasn't been a thread mentioning my involvement with Auto Atlanta. Due to lack of time and material that interested me I kind of faded away from contributing to the 914word forum although I still check in every now and then. As a lot of you know, I retired 4 years ago from Verizon after 30 years. Probably about 2 years ago George set me up so I can log onto the Auto Atlanta database from my home here in Florida which gave me the ability to sell parts to my friends. He has been after me to expand my customer base. Well with the new catalog I think George found a good way to get my name and face out there. I'm not sure what to expect but I'll do my best to help out my fellow teeners.
