I'm contemplating purchasing a Boxster for an electric conversion. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sawzall-smiley.gif) As I wouldn't have any use for the engine afterwards, I would sell it to recoup some of my costs. Any estimates of the range of prices I might expect to get for a decent one? Given that I would be selling it out of the car, what tests/documentation could I gather before dropping it that would help justify an asking price?
Thanks, Skip Montanaro |

Take it to a Porsche dealer and get a PPI for $200. They will give you documentation that it was inspected and in good running order.
