I got my little porno mag from brother George yesterday and I saw his Hot New Fuel Injection Kit on page 31 and was interested in any experiences with it. Wanted to know things like ease of installation, tuning, performance, fuel, economy.....

Jim

George, please feel free to edumacate us with its specs.

you know what i am thinking lately - except for being stuck with a crispy hiring harness - there are not THAT many parts in the 914 FI system.

TPS
TS1
TS2
ECU
MPS
cold start valve
cold start temp sensor
four fuel injectors
distributor trigger points
fuel pressure regulator
auxilary air regulator
vaccum hoses
and a cri-ispy wiring har-ar-arness

one could lose all this stuff with a set od dual carbs - hum ???

ok - maybe this is alot of parts : )

Nothing new there Jim... been around for awhile.

Has been discussed before. I think the general consensus was that it was not a good idea.
