QUOTE it's best to step back and fix the actual problem... I agree! The alternative is to rebuild! Your solutions are great but not the only way to get to the answer. We are all here to offer alternate methods of finding out what the problem is. If there is rust or it is jamming then I would rebuild it...period! Safety is the best answer, but not necessarily the answer to the problem. We are talking about the same thing so I hope we are having fun with this (IMG:style_emoticons/default/drunk.gif) ! |

Funny you posted this because I'm in the same situation. If we decide to redrill/retap do we have to do both holes or just one? Let me know if you have trouble spreading the pads far enough for the six rotors. One pad went far enough... the other hasn't (yet=bfh). Haven't tried the other caliper yet..... LMK I don't believe I will have this issue because I am useing 911 M calipers on the rear.............also useing M on the front. Good luck with yours. |
