The terminals have a tab that keeps them from sliding out of the housing. Looking from the relay side, the plastic housing has a small slot behind each terminal. Use a thin screwdriver down the slot to press the tab and slide the terminal out. It becomes easy after the first one. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
