i have a new rear valance to install (no cut out for exhaust).
i was thinking of removing the inner tips of the muffler and straighten out the remaining two so that they are not pointing up. has any one done this? Attached image(s) |

Y'know, they make a 2-tip "monza", I think Thunderbird makes it. I think the pipes exit from about the same spot, but theres only 2 of em' and theyre a little straighter.
I know where theres a used one I was thinking of sporting. Might be a bus exhaust, may still work I'll have to check, but what you wanna do sounds fine to me. .what about the extra holes? weld em shut? Might work! Robert O |

if the valance is fibre glass i would notch that. if you lower the tips much they will scrape when you go up or down a steep incline, maybe tall speed bumps. do you plan on running the monza a long time?
