I just purchased a 914-6 and would like to know if I can use a set of 6J x 15 forged fuchs?

yes, you can use them without problem (IMG:style_emoticons/default/driving.gif) Will I have to alter the inner wheel lip on the inside of the wheelwell? |

For most cars, 205 tires on 6" Fuchs will work without requiring fender mods. However, 914s did not have precise build tolerances, and you may find that you don't have clearance for a 205/6" wheel. In general, 195/6" is definitely OK, 205/6" probably OK.
7" Fuchs will definitely require some form of fender mod, not because of their additional width, but because their offset is different than the 6" wheels.
