This was fun to read. Look at the times between a 2.0 914 with a MSX trans and DOT Falkin Rt 615. Thats me CS/S Yes I did feel out of place with all the big doller cars you see on this list but in the end many where very surprised.
But this is old News we all here already know how fast a 914 can be in the turns. This was at Streets of Willow Springs last week. I know as most of you know that driver has alot to do with it, but it still looks great on paper a 914 4 banger FI 2 sec slower than two GT 3 cars. Gotta love it. But I to still wont one, GT to come. Nice time. In our local autocross there are consistently 914's in the top 10 times of the day. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/aktion035.gif)

My last autoX I was amazed @ the performance and standing of the 944's and then a couple macked out boxters....but those damn 944's were fast!!
Of course I was on a wet morning track and they were on the dry afternoon track as well as my shitty lil 225 4yr old race rubber to there nice new stuff and..... Welll i guess the driver of my car was about 4 years out of practice.....:-) Still not bad that I was @ 60.5... to their 55.2 somthing |
